Terms of Service
Last updated: March 25, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or engaging Inductivee for engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website or engage our services.
Inductivee is a technology engineering firm incorporated in India and operating globally. These terms govern your use of our website at inductivee.com and your general relationship with Inductivee as a prospective or active client.
2. Services
Inductivee provides AI engineering services, including but not limited to: autonomous agentic platform development; multi-agent orchestration system design and implementation; enterprise data liquidity engineering; cognitive data platform architecture; custom AI software development; AI-native mobile and web application development; and related technical advisory in support of the above engineering work.
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms for any individual engagement are governed exclusively by a signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Service Agreement (MSA) between Inductivee and the client. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms of Service and a signed project agreement, the project agreement shall prevail.
3. Project Engagements
All engineering projects are initiated under a signed SOW or MSA. No work commences, and no obligations arise, until both parties have executed the relevant agreement. These general Terms of Service apply to website use and pre-engagement interactions; they do not constitute an offer of services or a contract for delivery.
Inductivee typically follows its three-phase engineering methodology — Audit, Liquify, and Orchestrate — as described during project scoping. The application of this methodology to a specific engagement, including any variations, will be documented in the relevant project agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
Work product created specifically for a client and fully paid for under a project agreement transfers to the client upon receipt of final payment, as specified in the applicable SOW or MSA. Until full payment is received, all work product remains the property of Inductivee.
Inductivee retains full ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property, including proprietary tools, internal frameworks, engineering methodologies, reusable components, and general-purpose libraries developed prior to or independently of any client engagement. The use of such pre-existing IP within a client project grants the client a licence to use it as part of the delivered system, but does not transfer ownership.
Open-source software components incorporated into delivered systems retain their respective open-source licences. Clients are responsible for reviewing and complying with those licence terms in their use of the delivered system.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging Inductivee for engineering services are responsible for:
Providing accurate, complete, and timely project requirements and business context; providing timely feedback, approvals, and access to necessary systems and personnel; ensuring they hold the rights to any data, documents, or systems provided to Inductivee for processing or integration; ensuring their use of delivered AI systems complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction; and obtaining any required regulatory approvals or certifications prior to deploying AI systems in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or critical infrastructure.
6. AI Systems and Autonomous Agents
Inductivee designs and implements autonomous agentic systems intended to operate with varying degrees of independence. Clients deploying such systems in production environments are solely responsible for:
Maintaining appropriate human oversight of autonomous agent decisions, particularly in high-stakes or regulated contexts; complying with applicable AI governance regulations and frameworks in their jurisdiction; ensuring that constitutional guardrails, safety mechanisms, and output validation layers implemented by Inductivee as part of the delivered system remain active and unmodified in production; and monitoring agent behaviour in production and promptly reporting anomalous outputs to Inductivee under the terms of any active support agreement.
Inductivee is not liable for outcomes arising from client modifications to delivered agentic systems, removal of implemented safety controls, or deployment of systems in contexts outside the agreed scope.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inductivee's total liability arising out of or in connection with any specific engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event that gave rise to the liability.
Inductivee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
AI and machine learning systems are probabilistic in nature. Inductivee does not warrant that any AI system, language model integration, or agentic workflow will be entirely error-free, produce outputs free from bias, or achieve specific accuracy, recall, or precision targets beyond those expressly set out in the relevant SOW. Clients should implement independent verification for outputs used in consequential decisions.
8. Confidentiality
Both Inductivee and its clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of each other's proprietary information disclosed in connection with project engagements. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, technical architectures, data assets, pricing, and personnel information.
Client data processed during engineering engagements is treated as strictly confidential and is not disclosed to third parties outside the project delivery team, except as required by law or as permitted under the applicable project agreement.
Inductivee's engineering methodologies, internal tooling, frameworks, and proprietary processes are confidential and proprietary. Clients may not disclose, reverse-engineer, or reproduce such materials without Inductivee's prior written consent.
